Workout Motivation
The moment when you want to quit is the moment you need to keep pushing. Post brain tumor and neck tumor surgery and radiation, it’s been hard to find my  strength. I’ll get on a roll and then stop, because my body just becomes exhausted and dizzy. This new year I promised my strength back. Before my diagnosis, I was working out 3 times a day / 6 Days a week. Now, I do around 1 workout / 4-5 Days a week. Fitness and the gym have always been my sanctuary. It was my meditation


Bark in the Park
~Â Take a walk in the forest and smell the wild air ~ Daisy and I love visiting our favorite park in Charleston - The Battery! The lush greenery, the moss hanging, and the beautiful gazebo adds to this historic site. Daisy loves to run around with all her furry friends in the mornings! This park being at the end of the peninsula has amazing water views and is always a wonderful spot for photos! The historic gazebo as the centerpiece adds the perfect touch to this park. My mom
